Following COVID in 2021, a small group had the idea to host a music event on the village playing field. This was a great success.  So in 2022 the same group led in pulling together an idea for a celebration of the Jubilee, a rather wet affair in the end, but attended by many across the village. From here, an expanded group gathered again late in 2022 to explore how such an event might become a regular summer celebration.
